They were amazing!!! So glad I found this, probably the easiest flat bread recipe out there. Very fun! I was trying out my bread machine. It turned out fabulous. I cant wait for it to start at the end of October and for the season premiere I plan on making Football food. Cant wait! Off to make me some rosemary flatbread now! My pizza stone worked really well too, since I found myself without any parchment paper. Thanks! I love flatbreads with salads. I love your version! And he in fact ordered me dinner due to the fact that I found it for him lol. My sis just made this on her tv/website show! I already devoured half the loaf with nothing but plain feta cheese and I think I might go for the second half, given that the flatmate already had dinner and the boyfriend is not going to be around for 3 more hours. Served with a cup of au jus. Lightly coat a large baking sheet with olive oil. My sis broadcasts live 5 nights a week! fantastic flaky crackers. I totally love a good flatbread. I had some leftover garlic olive oil after making the dip, so I used it on top of the flatbread in place of regular olive oil. I made it with 1/2 cup wheat flour subbed in. Ive only made flatbread once before, but anything with rosemary must be added to my to-make-as-soon-as-possible list, so I guess Ill be trying this soon!
